1. Introduction

Welcome to MyTimeo ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyTimeo iOS application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

MyTimeo allows users to schedule events using voice commands. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Registration: To access certain features of the App, you must register by providing a valid email address. This email address will be used exclusively for authentication purposes and to provide access to your account.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by MyTimeo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the App for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

These restrictions apply unless otherwise expressly provided by MyTimeo. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by MyTimeo.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code, including viruses or malware.
• Engage in any form of harassment or harmful behavior towards other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems and networks.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MyTimeo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyTimeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

In no event shall MyTimeo's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, for accessing the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyTimeo and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the App, including any data or content transmitted or received by you;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Use;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
• Any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyTimeo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
